We shut down Purrs and Paws twice per year to give us all time to re-charge. The four days following Thanksgiving Monday, and the four days prior to Good Friday. This year regular services are suspended from October 15th to 18th.
We are working on Thanksgiving weekend so if you have plans to visit family and need a walk or visit let us know as soon as possible. We're back to work on Saturday October 19th as usual.
We’re looking for responsible, compassionate people with a love of pets and their people, a willingness to learn, and a flexible schedule to join our team on a part time basis.
Please send ONLY your contact
firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you back the application packet.
We will only be contacting those candidates who successfully complete the application package for a follow-up interview.
We all need a break and our pets are no different. It might be a visit so your puppy can have a trip outside and a successful potty training moment, an elderly dog that needs to relieve themselves more frequently or a rambunctious dog who needs exercise and interaction to let off some steam. We can make it happen and make everyone's day a little brighter!
Is your dog a social butterfly or just full of more energy than you know what to do with? Pack walks are a perfect way for them to blow off steam, be part of a group, exercise their minds and bodies, and practice much needed social skills while you're away at work. Best of all; you come home to a relaxed happy pooch that isn't in a rush to get out.
We all need peace of mind and feel confident that our houses and belongings are safe. House checks are a great way to ensure that your house is looking 'lived in' and vital checks are completed to protect the status of your house insurance. Let us help you when you're away whether it be for a week or a weekend!
Our Area of Service is centred on Kemptville and extends 20km in all directions. We are also able to cover extended areas around Merrickville and Spencerville. If you are close to the described boundary in the map above do not be shy about asking us. If we can fit you and your pets in we are more than happy to accommodate your needs!
Our pets are our greatest source of unconditional love. In their eyes you're their hero and the source of all that is good and wonderful in their lives. When they are not doing well or an accident happens it is emotionally traumatic for both pet and owner especially when you are not sure what to do. Learn skills and techniques that will make you the hero in case of an emergency or illness by taking our First Aid Training Course.
